Steph spearheaded the introduction of OKRs into my team with a strategic, engaging approach. Using a blended learning model, she drove understanding, collaboration and real-world application. She grounded us in a shared team mission before building individual OKRs, maximising alignment with our purpose and strategic priorities. Monthly co-consulting sessions fostered equity of voice, dynamic problem-solving and continuous improvement whilst embedding cultural change in how we operate as a team. Her focus on meaningful data collection has improved decision-making, transparency, goal alignment and productivity. Steph’s leadership has been instrumental in driving  lasting change in how we approach goal-setting and strategic alignment.

Steph revolutionised our Coach onboarding at Multiverse, moving from a rigid quarterly model to a dynamic, rolling weekly approach. She not only built scalable processes that empowered managers and new hires, but also fostered a truly collaborative environment. Steph's ability to seamlessly blend asynchronous learning with live skill-development created an efficient, engaging, and high-impact onboarding experience, setting Coaches up for long-term success. The support and expert guidance I gained from Steph as my career mentor was invaluable for my career development. Steph is really supportive and open, creating a really trustworthy and comfortable environment. The support and passion for learning that Steph demonstrated inspired me to take on new opportunities, such as joining the National Society of Apprentices and being an active member in the Multiverse Community.
